Residential Support Worker/Senior Support Worker Vacancy
You will have the opportunity to work in very beautiful, modern homes, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. All Gracebridge care homes have been complimented by Ofsted for the high-quality décor and homely feel, where young people can feel safe and comfortable in their environment. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment where our young people can flourish. Some of the tasks you will be expected to do include key working sessions, facilitating and supervising family contact, organising and participating in various activities and events, keeping records, attending meetings and various household tasks.
